DIASPORA PROCESS

Search land for sale in your local area by price, amenities, or other features. We’ll show you the sales history and provide helpful advice.

Step 1: PROJECT INQUIRY

Inquiry of our Projects and identification of the one prime property that triggers your interest.

Step 2: SITE VISIT

A site visit will give you personal experience of the property location, amenities and value additions.

Step 3: SELECT PLOT

You can now select the property suited for you as viewed on the site visit and in co-relation to the Properties Mutation.

Step 4: DUE DILIGENCE

Due Diligence is one of the most important steps during investment. This is where you take reasonable steps to find out the legitimacy of the investment you want to commit to.

Step 5: OFFER LETTER

We send our client the offer letter indicating the Purchase price, bank account number, terms, and expected closing costs. The offer letter valid for 7 days.

Step 6: PAYMENT

Payments are done through the provided Accounts authorized by the company in relation to the selected payment plan chosen by the client.

Step 7: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

After completion of Payment, we will require your legal documents that will be used in the transfer of the Title Deed to you.

Step 8: TITLE SHIPMENT

We deliver joy to your doorstep by shipping the titles via DHL through the address details provided by the client. An authorized representative can also collect the title on your behalf in which case,
