1. How long does it take to get a title deed?
Title deeds are processed within 30 to 60 working days upon completion of payment.

3. Which days do you conduct site visit?
We conduct site visits on a daily basis.
4. What are the different models of payment?
We offer both Cash payment and Installment options.Additionally, we allow bank financing to provide you with various ways to make your investment.
5. Where are your projects?
We have prime and affordable plots along Juja Farm, Ngong, Kisumu, Naivasha, Diani, Kikuyu and Kangundo Road.
6. Do you charge legal transfer fees?
No. We sell all our projects at an all-inclusive price. We cover expenses such as stamp duty, legal fees, title processing, and global title deed delivery via DHL.
7. What are the size of your plots?
Our plots are 50 by 100 (1/8th of an acre).
